Returns & Refunds Policy

TD3-ARTWEAR LLC

All TD3 products are produced using print-on-demand (POD) services online.
Because items are made to order, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items only if they arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

All claims are reviewed case-by-case in coordination with our fulfillment partner.

Processing Replacements

Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

All items are final sale, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error as outlined in our Returns Policy.
